win7 python3.7 安装tensorflowd遇到的问

1.python建议先不按装到系统变量里（系统变量对所有用户起作用，用户变量对当前变量起作用）

2 whl包安装 pip3先装nump+mkl ,然后是 scipy matplotlib 最后是tensorflow

3 pip3 install pillow(module ‘scipy.misc’ has no attribute ‘imresize’解决办法： pip3 install Pillow重启就可以了
