体验很棒，现场有理论也有实战，帮助大家打通即兴演讲的任督二脉。
分别是哪三个步骤呢？
1. Question->Answer-> SpeechQuestion – 5W1 H；Reframe question

5W1H曾经的一个即兴题目叫 Loser，我要怎么回答呢？不好回答，因为这不是一个问题，所以第一步要把这个词汇，用Who，What，Where，When，Why 和How 的方式转化成问题
题目Loser？
Who is a loser?
When did you lose?
Where did you lose?What’s the difference between a winner and a loser?Why did the contest chair just call me a loser?How come the contest chair call me a loser?欸，好像转化成问题就有了方向，选取你觉得最有意思的一个问题，进行接下去的展开。

你已经想到了很多问题，非常好。
2. Answer-> Buy Time; Say what you think

Buy Time“I don‘t know the answer!’’—What would you do ?Pause, breathe, smile, say nothing“Thank you Ms. Table Topics Master, wow that’s a really good question.’’“Ladies and gentlemen, what do you think about the question?”运用以上方法或句式来为自己争取更多的时间思考。Talk about your thinking process；Trust your Brain

Practice 即兴题目 Fortune favors the brave
Thank you Ms. Table Topics Master, wow that’s a really good question, Ladies and gentlemen, what do you think about the question? What do you think of Fortune? Fortune is money, right?If you are brave, you will get money….
即兴演讲的好处是 大家都知道你之前不知道问题是什么，所以不会有太高的期待，不会要求你答的非常完美，享受当下你的思考过程，相信你的思路，跟随大脑去它想去的地方。
3．Speech -> AREM; Story Map
3.1
AREMAnswer->Reason->Example->Message示例：Question: What gets you excited about life?Answer: The thing that gets me excited is travelling.
Reason: Because when I travel to new places, I can eat different food, and some food are amazing!
Example: In June, I went to Xinjiang….
Message: All in all, I hope everyone can enjoy travelling and enjoy local food!
第一次深刻感觉到Example 和Reason 是多么的不一样；Reason 如果是概述，Example 就是详细的叙述。Message 的目的就是升华，与观众建立链接，用自己的价值观来影响观众。并且把生活的小事提升到更高层次。

Reason 理 20s
Example 例60s
Message 吼 50s
从时间分配的角度来看，Message 的时间还是比较长的，所以需要平时更多挖掘事件的深层价值。
3.2
Practice
If you could choose one color to represent your life, what would it be?Answer: If I choose one color to represent my life, what would be yellow.
Reason: Because when I see yellow, I feel bright and happy.
Example: Last year, I expect to buy duvet cover, after a long time for choice, I decided to buy the one with Minions.
Message: All in all, if you know which color could make you happy, choose it more and more, it is one of best ways to love yourself.
3.3
Road map
画一条自己的生命线，列出积极的事件和消极的事件，挖掘每个事件的 message
Purpose: Discover the messages that you truly believe in.
这是一个非常有意义的事情，人不仅要往前走，也要懂得回溯反思自己的曾经，更多的认识自己，了解自己。
