介绍几个中国菜

there are 8 famous cuisines in China,they are shangdong cuisine,sichuan cuisine,gungdong cuisine,jiangsu cuisine,zhejiang cuisine,hunan cuisine ,zhejiang cuisine,and anhui cuisine.

kung pao chicken is shangdong cuisine,the main ingredient are sauted diced chicken and peanuts,it tastes spicy,crispness and tenderness.

Sweet and sour pork tenderloin is zhejiang cuisine,the main ingredient is pork,It tastes sweet and sour and crispness.

Braised pork ball in brown sauce is Kiangsu cuisine,also called huaiyang cuisine,it's not too spicy,and not too blank taste,the main ingredient are pork and rape.

Steamed spare rids in black bean sauce is Guangdong cuisine,the main ingredient are spare ribs and black beans,it tastes blank,freshness,not greasy.

Twice-cooked pork slices is Sichuan cuisine,the main ingredient are pork and pepper,it tastes spicy,pungent and greasy.

Muxu pork is shandong cuisine too,the main ingredient are pork and eggs,it tastes clean and blank.
