unity2019版本退回到2018时报错的解决方法

报错：A re-import of the project may be required to fix the issue or a manual modification of C:/Users//Documents/Posteffects/Packages/manifest.json file."

解决方法：把对应的manifest.json删掉，让编辑器重新生成一个就行了。
