Mr. & Mrs. Pham are very nice Vietnamese couples, they had an U3 before, they are so easy to deal with. Mrs Pham picked a used piano under $3000, she later upgraded the Charles Walter to a Yamaha B2 polished mahogany upright.
Though she cancelled the upgrade 2 days later, they are still very nice customers! I like them!
