这里是一篇问题汇总。
对于VS2017在按照相关配置，把opencv的和opencontrib源码下载编译之后，配置好opencv后（配置请参考上一篇文章）
对于python 在anaconda上的有opencv3.3.1的contrib编译好的，https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/到这里下载就行注意版本
如果是opencv3.4，需要重新编译python版本的，试了一下失败了。
下面是算法实现。

如果出现类似这样的错误是因为没有吧caffe模型放进去。模型在这里面https://github.com/opencv/opencv_extra/tree/master/testdata
下载之后在testdata\tracking\下面有goturn.caffemodel，和goturn.protxt把这个解压之后放到VS的工程目录下面就行。如果是python ,同理，放于工程目录下就行。
