在做自己独立开发的APP的时候，增加了一个高级版的自动续订订阅功能，新的APP版本通过了，但是这个自动续订订阅被退回了。
来自App Review Team的内购被退回邮件显示：
One or more of your In-App Purchases has been returned for the following app:
For more information, see the Manage In-App Purchase page in the App Information section on iTunes Connect.
然后内购被拒绝的页面显示：
In-App Purchase - New Business Model
We have begun the review of your in-app purchases but aren't able to continue because your submitted in-app purchases indicate a change of business model for your app. Therefore, we need to verify the implementation of your submitted in-app purchases in the app to ensure your app, and its in-app purchases, are in compliance with theApp Store Review Guidelines.
Next Steps
Please upload a new binary for review and resubmit your in-app purchases with the binary so that we can continue the review.

大意就是，你要先在“我的APP” - “功能” - “APP内购买项目” 增加一个新的购买项目
然后，重点来了，千万不要在这个页面提交APP内购买项目！！！这个时候，你这个新的APP内购项目的状态应该是“准备提交”
然后，新建一个iOS版本，在这个版本页面上你会看到添加APP内购项目的模块：
就在这边添加App内购买项目就对了！
