Dear Uber Customer Service Team:
I am writing this email for the request to refund my mischarged fare.
Yesterday afternoon I called a shared ride by Uber which estimated fee of 6 dollars in SFO.As your driver Daniel didn’t confirm my order on the app,so I phoned him and he responded that he has received the shared rider order hinself.
But I found the fare was 15 dollars instead of initial 6 dollars when I got off the ride to finish my itinerary .
So I hope you can look into my case and refund me the wrongly charged 9 dollars to my Uber account go_phenomenal _english@gmail.com.
