为什么从事质量行业？

质量管理行业的现状如何？是否值得进入？发展前景如何？

从事某个行业，至少要弄清楚该行业内的人的想法如何，还有自己的性格、爱好等，没有哪个行业是最好的，适合自己的才是最重要的。

从事质量管理几个tips:

1. 质量管理人员可以全面了解公司架构和流程，而且通常是公司跨部门经验最丰富的。

2.质量管理人员对企业内部流程和产品质量的状态的认知相对客观。如同人资部门掌握了人的状态，财务部门掌握了资产状态，市场部门掌握了赚钱状态，采购部门掌握了花钱状态。

3.质量管理人员能熟悉各类工具与方法。从事产品质量管理的人，会把各类统计工具运用的很熟练。

4.质量管理人员要弄清楚自身能为其他部门带来什么价值？质量工具只是一种工具，工具用好了是助力，用不好则伤人伤己。

Staff of quality management should be clear about what value to other departments they will bring?Quality tool are just a tool. Tools would be helpful when is well used but hurt when is not.

5. 质量管理者职业发展路径建议：先从流程和产品质量开始，打好基础后，再考虑向管理咨询、体系管理、流程管理、内部改善管理等方向发展。
