2. 句型零散
代表使用太多子句，使句子显得零碎、冗长。
范例一：
错误：The hearing was planned for Monday, December 2, but not all of the witnesses could be available, so it was rescheduled for the following Friday, and then all the witnesses could attend.
（文法无误，但句型过于零散，无法促成有效且简洁的语意表达。）
正确：The hearing, which had been planned for Monday, December 2, was rescheduled for the following Friday so that all witnesses would be able to attend.
3. 避免堆砌名词
除非读者十分熟悉您的领域，否则最好避免在句子中夹杂太多专有名词或过长的专有名词堆砌。

4. 少用虚词结构

尽量避开这类虚词结构，因为这种结构显得冗赘、且有时无法凸显主语与谓语的关系。

范例二：
