It's quite terrible that social media is taking very affect our daily life. After waking up, I cannot help myself to check my smartphone. I watched the social media news and keep checking the news without any purposes.
Last night and this Tuesday, I just run the YouTube without stopping for nearly 3 hours. It's a very important 3 hours if I swapped to do something else and meaningful.
The things we do with little or no conscious thought. The social media habitually alter our everyday behaviour, just as their designers intended.
The harm is more than spend on time without doing anything meaningful but distractions compete for our attention, Something is asking us to run a passive life rather than behaviour and self positive mind driven. Find a better way to pause your addict behaviour to social media. Make a better daily plan and goals for achieving your destiny. We should not allow social media to take up so many time of our daily life. Life should be managed and controlled by ourselves.
So for those unexpected time should not be spent is negative. Today I will start to more review and reflection. Make a better plan than before.
My satisfaction is most important and priority. Nutrition is the additional benefit.
