方言：六叶子是什么意思？在对某人的修饰时，我联想学过的护理常识“左肺二叶右肺三”意思是：人的左肺有两叶而右肺分三叶，共五叶肺。那么“六叶子”就是说某人比正常人还多一叶肺；既然有多就有少的，方言“少叶肺”正好印证了我对“六叶子”的理解。与“蒲种”意思类似。

推广：外地人可能一头雾水；两词均为贬义，多指人做事过激不计后果；与“神精病”、“少脑子”、“缺项”差不多！
