反馈技能的点滴

• FAST原则，Frequent，Accurate，Specific，Timely
• 不要讲那些别人无法改变的，而侧重于别人可以改变的
• Amplifier，积极的反馈可以鼓励其重复行为
• 不要but， 因为一个但是，会把所有其它内容否定掉
• Without talking feedback，否则会感觉到defensive，不要直接先说“我今天要给你一些反馈啊”

两大类反馈

• constructive，建设性反馈
• positive/reinforcement，强调性反馈
• WELL DONE vs OK DONE

三明治原则

• 赞扬
• 批评/意见/建议/改进
• 赞扬

新三明治原则 ask tell ask

ask

• ask for self-assesment
• reflection on their behavior
• promote reflective practice

tell

• tell them you observed
• include both positive and constructive
• tell what you feel

ask

• ask that they feel
• ask what will do

其它几个原则

• STAR， Situation，Action，Result
• OSCAR，Observation，Specific，Consequence，Action，Result， 其中OS偏重于说，CAR偏重于问。
• SBR， Situation，Behavior，Result
