一半用黄油煎,黄油先在锅里融化,加盐和糖;
第一种,闻起来像是刚打开烤着饼干的烤箱,浓郁的奶香味,淡淡的咸味;
It's my first time to cook asparagus tonight.
I bought it cause when I saw it in the market, a film screenshot emerged to my brain.
"Julia Robers boiled the asparagus in the water, and drizzled olive oil on it, she wore a bud silk pajamas, placed the food delicately.
She put the plate on the carpet, sat on the ground , staring for one second and said :'dolce far niente'(enjoy the sweetness of doing nothing in Italian ) with smile."
This scene was impressive for me,
so I remembered it for years.
Eat, pray and Love, they all bring you happiness.
For cooking the asparagus,
I even saw the film again.
I cooked asparagus in two ways:
half of them were fried in butter and sugar,
half of them were stir-fried with chilli and ginger.
Two dishes' flavor are quite different,
The butter one like the smell when I opened the oven which was baking cookies, creamy salty.
The chilli one brought me back to Sichuan, and it's like a most common dish in a Sichuan restaurant.
It's a interesting trying to cook one vegetable in two ways,
and the experience by recalling the film in mind when cooking is unsalted.
