The weather was very cold.

08:20 to 10:20

I was asigned to work with another class with 11 players.

1/Warm up

Running and dribbling with the ball around the marked pitch.

Dribbling and marking one on one situations whereby players try to protect the ball and when they lose the ball they try to win it back.

2/Technical Drills

We did passing,ball control and turning.

These drills were done to improve the players tactical awareness and to learn to receive the ball when passed.Players also learnt about going into duels by trying to be first on the ball when saved.There was also opening for the ball and supporting the player on the ball.

3/We played a game with another class where players exhibited some of the techniques learnt.

10:20 to 12:20

We had 16 players

1/Warm up ~We did running and dribbling with the ball incoperating footover the ball after a whistle.We did coordinating drills running in and out of the cones without the ball.

2/Technical Drills~We did dribbling,running and passing the ball drills.Progressed by running with the ball from outside positions to the centre of the marked pitch changing direction interchanging positions with other players in a circular manner.These drills help the players to change direction when playing football.We did shooting drills.

After warm up we played 2 matches with different classes and the third one amongst ourselves,same class.

10:20 to 12:20

We had 12 players

1/Warm up~Did running and dribbling with the ball.Did some coordinating drills without the ball.

2/Technical Drills

We did ball skills techniques where players where taught in and out of the cones dribbling with the ball using inside of the foot and outside of the foot.Roll and push the ball using both feet.
