公司做好的APP项目，因为接入了支付宝和微信支付被拒绝了，但是我们的APP的支付内容包括：
1、查看别人资料的时候，需要发红包以解锁该用户信息以供查看；
2、支付金钱在APP内发布需求信息；
3、支付金钱以参与别人发布的需求；
请问以上这三种情况是不是必须要使用苹果内购啊？之前第一次审核被拒的时候，我给苹果审核团队发了邮件：
