One Thing about ānāpānasati (Min

    When you take up the practice of ānāpānasati, you need to change just one thing, not a lot of things. Up to this point, you have been breathing naturally but inattentively - your whole life. From now on, you are going to breathe naturally and mindfully. Your breathing will then become meditation practice. This way of breathing leads to the Deathless.  You can now begin to practice ānāpānasati systematically.

    當開始修習入出息念,你無須做大幅的調整,只須改變一件事。[從出生]截至目前為止,你都是自然卻漫不經心地在呼吸。從現在起,請開始自然並具有正念地呼吸。呼吸將成為你的禪修練習,如此呼吸的方式,將引領你趨向不死[涅槃]。現在,你可以開始有系統地學習入出息念了。
