为了修正之前的错误,重新打样了2个版本,这次测试的是AGND-PGND在PowerPAD处单点接地版本.
经过反复测试,找出来一个纹波最小的方案.
连接电子负载进行测试发现,连接上电子负载纹波变大.使用负载电阻测试,纹波较小.

开始怀疑是电子负载与电源之间的连线过长,寄生电感导致纹波较大,于是用铜箔近距离连接.铜箔电阻大约5毫欧(0.1A压降0.5mV).

使用负载电阻进行测试,电阻为两个220欧姆并联得到110欧姆电阻,电流约110mA.

同轴电缆远端悬空,测试纹波电压约15mV,比直接在电路板输出端测量还低,可以认为是与屏蔽层之间的电容对噪声有滤波作用.

1.电子负载本身会引入噪声.
2.输出端连接的非屏蔽线会引入噪声.
