First, always keeping cautious can save our lives when we are really in danger.The future for our people is still unknown.We don't know what is going to happen next seconds, next minutes, next days, next years and things going to happen would bring good luck or bad fortune to us.Hurricanes, earthquakes, fires and floods would appear to us at any time in any places and if we don't keep cautious to these things or things like that, we probably would be killed by them when they come up without any preparation.So it is better for us to keep cautious to the natural disasters and learn how to deal with them.When disasters shows up, we will know how to deal with them and well and thus could save our lives.If we keep cautious all the time, when the building is shaking, we would know that this is an earthquake and we should calm us down, find a safe place to hide or an exit to get out.We would also know that how to use electricity, water and fire safely.
Second, staying alert in some ways can help to clear our mind.Imagining the situation we may come across that when we walked on the street, some strangers looked pretty poor showed up suddenly and asked for our help.Some of us might show their sympathy to the strangers and help them with money, and thus got cheated by the poor strangers.But if we keep cautious all the time, in this case we won't feel sympathy by judging the strangers' appearance.We would think about whether he or she is lying or not and thus decide whether to help him or her or not.If we are cautious enough, we wouldn't help him or her directly, but call the police for help.If they are really cheaters, they would leave us as soon as they could.But if they don't, let the policemen to help them.From this example, we could know that keeping cautious can keep us away from cheating and cause losses.
At last, keeping cautious help us to learn the world more objective.If we have the sense of caution, we don't follow what the writer had written when we do reading.We could find out what the writer written is true or not by ourselves through the Internet.We don't follow the speaker when they are talking something whether it is real or not, because in this world there are so much information which contains a lot of wrong and misleading information.Sometimes we regarded the wrong one as the real one and finally the wrong one became the real one.So we have to pay a lot prices and take a long time to correct it.With the caution, we have our own judgment to see things as there were.Therefore, with the clear mind, we live in an objective world.
