总结：
这次心血来潮的坚持，仅仅持续了三个月，到了春节过年，家人团聚，就把这事搁置了。回想起来，想要长久的坚持做一件事，必须满足两个条件：
第一：所坚持的这件事必须对你的生活和工作有明显的益处，要有强烈的初衷，才有坚持下去的持续动力，这样你才能时刻清醒的知道自己坚持下去是为了什么，不会迷茫；
第二：破窗理论，不要让自己停止坚持哪怕一天，除非大病一场有心无力，否则就要雷打不动的执行下去。任何不愿意坚持的理由，都是自己懒惰的借口，一旦出现因为偶尔的懒惰停滞不前，后面就很容易频繁的出现停滞现象，直至完全放弃。所以懒惰的念头，要念起即断；
希望下次，我能找到一件更喜欢的事情，不用刻意的去执行，而是能成为一种习惯、一个兴趣，长久地坚持下去！
