抛出异常：Failed to locate the winutils binary in the hadoop binary path java.io.IOException

解决：从https://github.com/steveloughran/winutils/tree/master/hadoop-2.8.1下载winutils.exe，加到HADOOP_HOME/bin目录下。

问题2：缺少hadoop.dll文件

抛出异常：org.apache.hadoop.io.nativeio.NativeIO$Windows.access0(Ljava/lang/String;I)Z

解决：从https://github.com/steveloughran/winutils/tree/master/hadoop-2.8.1下载hadoop.d，加到HADOOP_HOME/bin目录下。
