The first thing that makes me happy is that I recently arranged for my parents to have a physical examination. When the physical examination report came out, I immediately took my parents to interpret the physical examination report one by one. And tell them what needs attention in the future and what needs to be corrected immediately now.These include requiring them to exercise and eat more coarse grains every day. Pay attention to calcium and protein. Protect your teeth and wash them regularly. At the same time, pay attention to a healthy diet, eat less oil, salt and sugar.
When they don't understand something, I patiently explain it with cases. I communicated with them like when my parents helped me correct my homework when I was a child. When parents get old, they need us to take care of them like children.
The second thing that makes me happy is that I finished my work on time today.
The third thing that made me happy was that I discovered the secret of muscle training. I always want to be a muscle man and work hard for it. But reality makes me slap my face every time. Finally, I came up with the idea of fitness, which is to train the muscles through the non physical performance of mobilizing the muscles. The muscle vibration can be mobilized through the mind, for example, the abdominal muscle can be contracted separately with the breath. Let the triceps scleral muscle contract separately with the swing of the arm when walking.
In this way, muscle training can be simple and effective. It is expected that my fitness effect will be seen in a month. I believe I will make great progress.
