My Attitude Towards Online Educa

    More than a decade ago, the possibility of students finishing school at home via the Internet was raised. Now, in the spring of 2020, schools will have to start online education because of the outbreak, which is exactly what people thought a decade ago. The public hold different views on online education, but from my own perspective, we should treat it with the right attitude.

    At first, we should realize that online education is the most effective measure that can be taken in the current situation. The severity of the outbreak is clear to all, and students should not be sent back to school regardless of safety, both socially and personally. But it is unrealistic to stop students' learning progress. In this case, the most effective way is to carry out online education. Therefore, we should treat online education with the right attitude, rather than take an extreme attitude and blindly reject it.

    Then, we should be good at discovering and utilizing the advantages of online education. The teaching forms of online education are new and varied. Teachers can combine videos, pictures and other novel ways of teaching, which can enhance students' interest in learning. And online education breaks the time limit of traditional education. On the one hand, even if students didn't understand the course the first time, they can choose to replay it online and listen to the lecture again. On the other hand, students can watch recorded videos to study at any time if they miss the class due to something.

    We can't deny that online education does have many drawbacks, but we have to try to overcome them. Firstly, teachers can't pay attention to students' learning status at any time, which will lead to some students' failure to meet the teaching requirements without supervision. Therefore, online education is a test of students' self-consciousness. As students, we should be aware of the importance of learning, and consciously according to the course requirements to complete the learning tasks. At the same time, online education also needs the cooperation of parents. Parents require doing with the curriculum requirements, and strive to create a good learning atmosphere for students. With the joint efforts of teachers, parents and students, online education is also bound to achieve effective results.
