this proposal aims to recommend and analyse some factory should be outsourced for better operation of our enterprise.

Suggestion:

as you know, our company is a multi-national company, with economic growth, the company operation cost higher, so to enhance our productivity and efficiency.

we should take some junior product factory to other countries.

I think we can transfer raw material factory to underdevelopment country to near touched with raw processing area.

in this way, we can reduce raw material transport and save funds.

meanwhile, we can enhance our relationship with the local government by increasing job opportunities for local people. and facilitate convey of professional skills to local employees.

We should contact with local government to stipulate laws about employment and organisation scheme, we should pay attention to organising specific training and timely consensus.

To ensure the outsourced factory have high-quality production ability, we should send some senior manager to monitor daily routine works. in addition, we can invite some proficient staff to educate professional skills give new colleagues.
