-How to establish a Singapore company?

To incorporate Singapore company, you shall have at least one director (local director) who is ordinarily resident in Singapore. A person who is PR, Singapore citizen, EntrePass holder or Employment pass holder who is working for your company and is ordinarily resident of Singapore can be the local director of Singapore company. Any person above age of 18 can be director of Singapore company but he or she must not be disqualified being director of Singapore company (eg:bankrupts).
Singapore company is required by law to have a company secretary within 6 months from the day of company incorporation.
