《新五环之歌》被指侵权 岳云鹏方面：和此事无关】针对《新五环之歌》侵权遭索赔50万一事，中新网记者联系采访了岳云鹏经纪人王先生，对方表示此事和岳云鹏没有关系，之前在相声舞台上把《牡丹之歌》改编为《五环之歌》，曾得到了原唱蒋大为的许可。这次的《新五环之歌》是由美团旗下的第三方公司改编，双方曾在合同里明确表示岳云鹏本人没有版权，也不负相应责任，目前就此事也在积极与美团方面联系。
