(Or strategies of past , current and future aspects. what is the difference between them. the key to the success of strategic change . the problems)

6, How did the company find these market opportunities, how the leaders grasped them?

7, What's  the main business of the company currently.

Do these business consistent with the strategy?

Will the leaders adjust our business according to the changes of the external environment?

8, Who are the competitors? Is there any cooperation with the competitors to achieve a win-win strategy?
