1. self-introduction

Hello, I'm Careol, graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with bachelor degree in 2015. My major is vehicle engineering, and I have been working in Hyundai Motor Technology Center for almost 3 years after graduation. I am a performance development engineer, in charge of the test and calibration for energy consumption of electrical vehicle, and also experienced in CAN message inverse analysis. I am good at driving, cause we have to do the test inside and outside of our testing ground. I love playing basketball and reading because of they can release my pressure and let me think deeply. According to the JD, I think I am suitable for the position and I will try my best to contribute to our company. Thank you. 

2. working experience

I have almost 3 years of working experience in Hyundai Motor Technology Center,  and i am one of the performance development team for new energy vehicle. My main responsibility is taking charge of the energy consumption of new energy vehicle, which including three major parts. The first part is test and calibration of energy consumption for EV, and energy consumption test for HEV. The second part is CAN message inverse analysis for model from rival's companies and complete the CAN DB file for testing. and the last part is doing coastdown test for vehicles according to China regulation 5 and 6, because of the dynamometer.   

Details:

1st, testing and calibration of the energy consumption for EV. we use the Maltab/simulink to analyze the energy consumption and AER, then determine the target value. and we will compare energy consumption for our test car and competitor's vehicle by doing test in wide temperature range. In winter, we usually do low temperature test at Harbin, high temperature test at Chongqing. and we will repeat the test procedure at Yantai when the temperature is normal. All these test will indicate us how to improve our test car's performance. 

2nd, we use the Vehicle Spy to monitoring the CAN message and reverse analyzing. As a result, we will get the CAN DB file of the rival's vehicles. So we can use the DBC file to analyze and evaluate the energy consumption in order to compare with our test cars. 

3rd. the last part is coastdown test. At the beginning, we calculate target value for coastdown test in theory. after the test car was completed, we will do the real road coast down test and compare the results with target value by calculating the coastdown energy and Force-speed curve. At last, we will choose the most suitable result for the Chinese certification center.
