由于近年现金贷乱象丛生，导致一系列现金贷相关新规落地。从2017年9月份开始，贷款类，理财类，彩票类APP在appStore上架审核变的异常严格。
最近也有同事公司做现金贷业务，他们上架新app就遇到需要提供资质的问题，然后询问我这边有没有遇到，有没有什么好方法。
对于苹果来说，对iOS app上架卡的严，主要有两个原因，一个就是影响用户体验，影响正常的iOS流量分发；一个就是政策原因。大部分马甲包的上架难，
无疑就是第一种所致。贷款类、理财类、彩票类的APP上架，主要都是政策原因导致。
那么对于这一类政策原因导致的上架难，网上推出的两种解决方案如下：
方案1：一个是做假页面方案，混淆审核人员的视听，以图上架成功，但是假页面方案一定要做的
够精致、功能稍微多点，不然容易遇到4.2条款被拒，也就是最小功能条款。
方案2：另一种就是用有资质的账号上，要具备相应的经营范围及金融资质。
现在讲讲第二种方案，以贷款类APP的上架为例。一开始是PLA1.2的条款，到了19大之后，变成了5.2.1条款，再到12月1号监管新规之后，就变成了3.2.1条款。
先看看3.2.1条款的内容：

What is your responsibility in such case? Is suchresponsibility stated clearly in the Terms & Conditions?
How will the involved parties trace one another?

从条款的内容，可以看到，贷款类APP的上架，如果想不做大的改动上架的话，要么用有资质的账号，要么碰运气，毕竟苹果审核人员有时候审核就是这么任性。
有资质的账号，一定要具备经营范围（营业执照）、金融许可证以及ICP证，同时在上架的时候上传在附件里，给审核人员审核的时候看。
有资质的账号，这个条件，对于很多公司来说，都是不具备的。对于这部分的小伙伴，只能是找具备这个条件的朋友公司借用有资质的账号来解决，让对方帮忙代上架，[align=start]或者让对方把自己的开发者账号添加到对方的开发者账号下，提交审核，等上架成功后，再转到自己的开发者账号下。
