Diary

It is too easy to get out of a habit that you have for a long time.

I felt terrible this week because of the headache, gastritis and heatstroke. It took more than three days before I recovered from the illness. Therefore I interrupted plans to read in the morning on 6:00, to read the 7 Habits of Effective People and write notes for it, and to read Diary of a Wimpy Kid . Because of the interruption, I was much upset today when I wanted to read books. It seemed hard to focus on them. 

I told myself that it would only take more time to be familiar with them. You could do it after calming down. So I finished one plan today. I will finish two others tomorrow. 

Illness is one of the most disturbing thing to carry out your own scheduled plan. But you can never take control of it. I can slow down the speed in completing them. But I am supposed to keep pace with them.
