解决方法： App Store 上架审核关于用户隐私方面的要求是越来越严格了，请求相关权限时，一定要表述清楚你为什么要获取相关权限，或者获取相关权限要来干什么，因此可以把 permission modal alert 的描述改为“若不允许，您将无法使用拍照、录像、扫一扫等功能”（参照 QQ）。其他相关权限描述修改方法类似。
