2019-05-05 证明清理事项

写了个关于文件清理事项的稿子。查了政府工作报告里面关于一些证明事项的稿子。

其中一句话 “不让群众为了证明事项”东奔西跑。  报告英文用的表述是"..... so that businesses and the public are not saddled with running from pillar to post for certificates". 这里面from pillar to post 就是东奔西跑的意思。
