iOS 时间戳转几分钟前----转今天昨天----转13位时间

前言

大家会发现后台JAVA的时间戳是13位的，而iOS的时间戳是10位的，其实就是精确度的问题，精确到秒的就是比精确到毫秒的少三位，直接贴代码；

1. 获取当前的时间戳
