All the things that happened on us are always created by ourseleves.
The same studiations will bring different results for we have different believes.
If you considered you are ugly, then when somebody passed you and took a more look at you,you must to thought he affirmed that you are ugly.

If you affirmed “everyone is always helpful”,then you should to treat everyone kindly,and everyone should like to give you a hand when you need.Then you should be sure of “everyone is always helpful”.
If you affirmed“People are out to get me.”You should have distrust all the time,and others should feel that you didn’t like anybody.Then people shouldn’t help you actively.And you should be sure of“people are out to get me.”
So,the environment depends on your heart.
The experience of everything or everyone depends on the depth of our heart .
Trust yourself,please.The strong power of your deep heart could create and change everthing.
If you believe that you are full of wisdom , you are very beautiful , rich , healthy, successful, the universal power would help you to get what you want.

如果你认为“everyone is always helpful”,你就会善意对待所有的人，而别人也愿意在你需要的时候付出手帮助你，这时你会更加认为”everyone is always helpful”；如果你认为“People are out to get me.”你就会时时存有戒备心理，让别人感觉你不欢迎任何人，那别人就不会主动帮你，这时你也会更加肯定“People are out to get me.”
所以，境由心造。我们经历的每件事，遇到的每个人都取决于我们的内在。
请相信你自己，相信你内心强大的力量会改变一切。
