你为好友张罗过生日，但是你并没有事先告诉她，结果 ......

来吧，我们用英文来描述一下：

Sally is one of my best friends,  so I decided to have a surprise birthday party for her.

A long time ago, I lent her my camera, and so I called her and said, “You need to bring the camera to my house at 7 o’clock on Friday night,” and she said she could do it.

I knew it was going to be a lot of work, so I had to get busy and get everything ready.

First, I needed to invite all her friends.It took a long time to do that, but I really wanted my friend to enjoy the party with her friends.

I needed to buy food and drinks, and then I had to move my furniture around so there would be enough room.

When Sally didn’t come at 7 o’clock, I thought something must have happened.

I told everyone to wait, and then I called her. After a long time, she finally answered.

I said, “you need to come right away.” But she said, “I have to meet my family to celebrate my birthday.”

Well, anyway, we had a wonderful party without Sally.

But do you think I need to tell her about the party?
