A quick tip

When upgrading your Synology NAS from DSM 6 to DSM 7, you may probably find the Synology Chat, together with the Chat server, is not available anymore. This is more or less predictable, so on a hunch, I turned to synology.com, instead of synology.cn, and have found the Chat-server package there.
Download and install it manually in the Application Center, you will have your Chat Server back. The Chat client, either on your phone or computer, will work again immediately. No further update is needed.

Update:

1. (2021/9) Synology Chat (the app) is not available if you use iphone unless you have an overseas account...
2. (2021/10) DSM 7.0.1 has been released. Again, it will not install Chat Server for you. I then tried to install the file downloaded from the global site but got the same notification that Chat Server will not be installed. So it is where you are instead of what installation package you are using. The solution is still the same as above. You won't lose anything.
   Not so sure whether I should do the next update...
