Report on for four regions sales figure and compared situation

I am writing aims to evaluate and analyse the ABC company four regions sales in 2009.
Finding:
Based on the chart table information, we found four regions had a different situation.
The north region target sales lower compared with actual sales, which means actual sales had a pretty good achievement.
but the south region that we set up target higher, maybe is not realistic,
Because the actual sales figure is only 15 million, three percentage points lower than the target;
The east sales coincide with actual sales at eight million. at last, the west actual sales figures are higher than the target sales of five to seven million.
Below the figures,
we found the east region is reasonable,
In contrast, north region and west region sales underestimate sales ability, but the south region overestimates it.
