ITO玻璃清洗法

ITO patterned glasses were sonicated twice in acetone and once in 2-propanol for 15 min each

boiled in 2-propanol for 30 min and dried in the oven. 

After these steps, the glasses were treated with UV-ozone to make the surface hydrophilic.

Sonicate in 10% NaOH solution for 5 mins using a hot bath

Rinse thoroughly in hot water

Sonicate in fresh 10% NaOH solution for 5 mins using a hot bath

Rinse thoroughly in hot water

Store immersed in water until required

N2 blow dry

1.放在洗洁粉里面超声15min

2.戴上干净的橡胶手套，挫干净ITO玻璃表面

3.放在蒸馏水里面超声15min，换水3次；

4.异丙醇中超声15min，至少洗两次；

5.丙酮里超声10min，两次

6.正面朝上，然后放在紫外臭氧清洗机里面辐射30min
