之前的步骤已经失效，coursera官网有过一次升级，之前的方法提示以上错误。
正确步骤：
- 下载 https://github.com/jethar/coursera-dl/tree/fix_bad_request_api_v3 切换到分支fix_bad_request_api_v3
git clone https://github.com/jethar/coursera-dl.git
cd coursera-dl
git checkout fix_bad_request_api_v3

安装chrome 插件 cookies.txt

login to coursera and download cookies.txt file using the chrome extension in step2

拷贝cookie.txt文件到第一步源码的目录
cp <the path of cookies.txt>\cookies.txt cookies.txt
- 运行coursera-dl.bat批处理而不是之前的coursera-dl
.\coursera-dl.bat -c cookies.txt <your course name>
