I am curious how other individuals get to successfully land a job.

I remember asking my former leader who easily nailed her interview. until one day I got the chance to asked her directly.

I asked her how will I triumphantly pass my interview. she told me that interviews are like going on a blind date. It means you need to make a good first impression. You need to update your resume before applying.

Be sure to format your resume wisely and then make sure to identify your accomplishments next quantify your accomplishments, it simply means include and highlight your specific achievements. You must show you passion on the position that you're applying for, ask yourself why you want the position and why you want to work for the company. It's always a must do update your resume whenever your looking for a job.

After doing your resume, the next step would be is to research on the company that you want to apply for.

Be sure to get the necessary information and then prepare yourself. During the interview, Interviewers asks questions according to what you wrote on your resume, they might also ask tricky questions, They will ask this kind of questions to see and know what kind of person you are, regarding those tricky questions you need to be careful and you need to think logically. especially when you're asked about your weakness. You have to honestly answer this question and make sure to answer it on a positive note.

We should keep in mind that when we are answering interview questions we shouln't be impulsive, Be sure to think carefully before giving your answer, Always answer in a short and complete sentences, Respond by stating your key points. and most importantly tell the interviewer something unique about yourself that makes you qualified for the job that you're applying for. ...
