I find everything is developing in a good direction and everything is starting to change.
I've started to keep fit and study English every day. My figure has changed, the muscle lines are more obvious, my English vocabulary is constantly increasing, and my language sense is also improving.
This is a remarkable phenomenon. It marks a good and positive habit has been formed.
I even started to be addicted to learning English. I will make use of fragmented time to learn new words, such as studying while having lunch.
I do not limit the maximum number of words I should learn each day. But I require myself to learn 10 new words at least every day.
As for bodybuilding, it depends on the condition of my physical body. I usually do training for two days and take a rest for one day. It can protect my body from getting injured while still having obvious exercise effects. This is a nice pace for me.
Now, I wanna go to bed. I want to form a new positive habit of sleeping early.
