Quartz的PostgreSQL初始化脚本

    有个项目中需要用到Quartz,项目使用的是PostgreSQL数据库,在网上没有找到PostgreSQL数据库对应的Quartz初始化,就基于MySQL的初始化脚本修改,Mark一下。
