IOS 图片轮播器/浏览器手势缩放

项目需求：图片浏览器（可以左右切换，需要支持手势缩放的功能）https://github.com/Shannoon/XLPhotoBrowser.git ，网上搜罗了很多框架不合适。感谢魏希的分享http://www.jianshu.com/p/03c81ee888f4 。现在贴出来以后备用
