DouDou(hereinafter referred to as "this application")provides services in accordance with the provisions of the DouDou Service Agreement(hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"),and this Agreement has contractual effect. When registering a member,please read this agreement carefully,review and accept or not accept this agreement(minors should be accompanied by a legal guardian).

By registering as an application member,you have fully read,understood and agreed to enter into this Agreement with the App and you are free to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. This application reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time and to make an announcement on this application. The revised terms will automatically take effect as soon as they are published. If you do not agree to the changes,you must stop using the app. The content of this agreement includes the text of the agreement and all the rules that have been issued by DouDou. All rules are an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of this Agreement. Once you continue to use the app,you have accepted and voluntarily complied with the revised terms.

Article 1 Membership

1. Only natural persons or legal persons who meet one of the following conditions can apply to become a member of this application and can use the services of this application.

(1)A natural person who is at least 18 years of age and has the capacity for civil rights and civil capacity;

(2)A person without civil capacity or a person with limited capacity for civil conduct shall pass the consent of his guardian;

(3)Organs,enterprises and institutions,associations and other organizations established and legally existing in accordance with Chinese laws,regulations and administrative regulations. If the unqualified unit or organization is improperly registered as a member of the application,the agreement between the application and the application is invalid from the beginning. Once the application is discovered,the right to immediately cancel the member and hold all legal liabilities for using the application service. .

Article 2 Rights and Obligations of Members

1. 2. Any loss caused by the member's fault is borne by the member. 3. Members shall provide true and accurate registration information to the application,including but not limited to real name,ID number,contact number,address,postal code,etc. Ensure that this app can contact you through the above contact methods. At the same time,members should also update the relevant registration materials in time when the relevant information is actually changed.

4. Members shall not transfer or authorize others to use their own member accounts in this application in any form.

5. Members are obliged to ensure that the mission information published on this application is true,accurate and not misleading.

6. Members shall not publish information prohibited by national laws,regulations,administrative regulations,information infringing on intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests of others,or information that violates public interests or public morals.

7. Members shall abide by the principle of good faith in this application transaction,and shall not disrupt the order of online transactions by means of unfair competition such as intervention or manipulation of posting tasks,and may not engage in improper acts unrelated to online transactions,and may not publish any illegal information on the trading platform. .

8. Members should not use unfair means(including but not limited to false tasks)to improve their own or others' creditworthiness,or use unfair means to maliciously evaluate other members and reduce the creditworthiness of other members.

9. Members shall not use bank cards in violation of the Banking Card Business Management Measures,or use credit cards to collect cash(hereinafter referred to as cash).

X. Members commit to comply with laws,regulations,administrative regulations and the relevant provisions of this application and various social public interests or public ethics in all their actions in the use of this application. If any violation results in any legal consequences,the member will bear the corresponding legal responsibility in his own name.

XI. If a member has a dispute with other members due to a transaction in the online trading process of this application,the application may be requested to coordinate the processing. Members who report violations or violations of this Agreement by other members can report this application.

12. Members shall bear the relevant expenses incurred or obtained as a result of the transaction and pay taxes according to law.

XIII. Members may not use any of the materials of this application and any information displayed on the trading platform for commercial use(including but not limited to the production of derivative works in the form of copying,modification,translation,etc.,without the written permission of this application). 14. Members shall not use the following methods to log in to the application or destroy the services provided by the application:

(1)Accessing or logging into the application in any robot software,spider software,crawler software,screen printing software or other automatic means;

(2)Acts that cause or may cause unreasonable or disproportionately significant loads to the internal structure of the Company by any means;

(3)Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the application or any activity carried out on the application by any means;

15. Members shall have the right to enjoy the transaction guarantee service(including but not limited to guarantee originality,guarantee completion,free modification,etc.)on the premise of agreeing to the relevant rules of this application.

16. Members agree to receive information from this application,including but not limited to event information,transaction information,promotional information,etc.

Article 3 DouDou's Rights and Obligations

1. This application only provides an information exchange platform for members. It is a trading market for employers to issue mission requirements and provide solutions. This application does not monitor or control both parties to the transaction,nor does it involve the transaction process.

Second,this application is obliged to make efforts to ensure the normal operation of the entire online communication platform on the basis of the existing technology level,try to avoid service interruption or limit the interruption time to the shortest time,and ensure the smooth progress of members' online communication activities.

3. This application is obliged to respond promptly to the questions and reflections of the transactions or registrations encountered by the members in registering to use the application information platform.

4. This application has the right to review the registration information of the member. For any registration information with any questions or doubts,the application has the right to issue a notice to ask the member and ask the member to explain and correct it.

5. If a member has a dispute with other members in this application online transaction,the member will inform the application of the dispute,or the application will be aware of the dispute. After the review,the application has the right to contact the parties through the email and telephone to understand the dispute. The situation,and notify each other by e-mail to the other party;the member requests the application to provide relevant information through the judicial authorities in accordance with legal procedures,this application will actively cooperate and provide relevant information.

6. Due to the particularity of the online information platform,this application is not obligated to conduct pre-examination of all members' trading behaviors and other matters related to the transaction,but the application has the right to restrict members without the consent of the members if the following circumstances occur. Activities,verification of information to members,notification of warnings,suspension,suspension indefinitely and refusal to provide services to the member:

(1)The rules of the member who violate this agreement or are included in this agreement because they are mentioned;

(2)There is a member or other third party notifying the application,and it is considered that there is illegal or improper behavior of a member or a specific transaction,and relevant evidence is provided,and the application cannot contact the member to certify or verify the member to the application. Any information provided;

(3)There is a member or other third party to notify the application,and it is considered that there is illegal or inappropriate behavior of a member or a specific transaction,and relevant evidence is provided. This application discriminates relevant content based on the knowledge level of ordinary non-professional traders. It is obvious that these contents or actions may cause financial loss or legal liability to the application member or the application.

7. According to the national laws,regulations,administrative regulations,the content of this agreement and the factual basis of this application,it may be determined that the member has violated the law or violated this agreement and other misconduct on the application trading platform. It has the right to publish the member's illegal behavior in the form of online publication on the application trading platform and its application without the consent of the member,and has the right to delete the relevant information and terminate the service provision at any time.

8. This application may freeze,use,pay in advance,refund,dispose of the member's deposit and freeze the funds in the application account in accordance with this agreement and related rules.

IX. This application has the right to delete or take other restrictive measures to deal with the following information without notice to the members: including but not limited to the purpose of avoiding expenses;for the purpose of speculating credit;there are malicious or false contents such as fraud;Online transactions are unrelated or not for trading purposes;there are malicious bids or other factors that attempt to disrupt the normal trading order;this information violates the public interest or may seriously damage the legitimate interests of this application and other members.

Article 4 Interruption and Termination of Services

1. The application may,at its sole discretion,terminate the service to the member for any reason(including but not limited to the literal meaning and spirit of the application that the member has violated this agreement and related rules)and reserves the right to save the member within two years. All information on the application(including but not limited to member information,product information,transaction information,etc.). At the same time,the application may,at its sole discretion,stop providing all or part of the service at any time with or without notice. After the termination of the service,the application is not obligated to retain any information in or related to the original account,or to forward any information that has not been read or sent to the member or third party.

2. If the member proposes to cancel the application registration membership of this application,it is subject to the approval of this application. If the application cancels the registered member,the member will cancel the agreement with the application,but the application still retains the following rights:

(1)After the member cancels,the application has the right to retain the member's information within the time specified by laws,regulations and administrative regulations,including but not limited to the previous member information,transaction records,etc.

(2)After the member cancels,if the member violates the law or violates this agreement before the cancellation,the application may still exercise the rights stipulated in this agreement.

Third,the member has the following conditions,the application can terminate the service by canceling the member:

(1)The Application has the right to terminate the provision of services to the Member when the Member violates this Agreement and the relevant rules. This app will notify members when the service is interrupted. However,if the member is registered as a member of the application directly or indirectly or in the name of another person after being terminated by the application,the application has the right to terminate the service for the member unilaterally;

(2)This application finds that the main content of the member registration information is false,and the application has the right to terminate the service for the member at any time;

(3)When the agreement is terminated or updated,the member has not confirmed the new agreement.

(4)Other circumstances in which this application considers that the service needs to be terminated.

Article 5 Scope of responsibility for this application

When a member accepts the agreement,the member should clearly understand and agree:

1. This application cannot foresee any technical problems or other difficulties at any time. These difficulties may result in data loss or other service interruptions. This application is a service provided on the basis of the prior art. This application does not guarantee the following:

(1)This application will meet the requirements of all members.

(2)This application is not subject to interference,can be provided in time,is safe and reliable,or is free from errors.

(3)The result of obtaining the right to use the service is correct or reliable.

2. Whether or not any information is downloaded or obtained through this application,the members themselves consider,measure and take risks at their own risk,and the member shall be fully responsible for any damage or loss of data of the member computer system caused by downloading any information. I hope that members will be cautious and use common sense when using this app.

3. The advice and information obtained by the Member through this application,regardless of its form or performance,does not constitute any guarantee not expressly stated in this Agreement.

4. The application does not assume any direct,indirect,incidental,special,derivative or punitive damages for profits,goodwill,use,loss of data or other intangible losses caused by the following reasons(even if the application has been notified of the preceding paragraph)The possibility of compensation):

(1)The use of this application or the inability to use it.

(2)The member's transmission or data is subject to unauthorized access or alteration.

(3)The statement or conduct of any third party in this application.

(4)Other related matters of this application.

5. This application is only a platform for members to provide a service transaction. The application does not assume any guarantee responsibility for the legality,authenticity and quality of the tasks issued by the members,and the ability of the members to perform transactions.

6. This application provides links to other applications or resources on the Internet. Members may therefore link to applications operated by other operators,but this does not mean that the application has any relationship with these operators. The application of other operators is the responsibility of each operator and is not within the scope of this application control and responsibility. This application is not warranted or responsible for any content,advertising,articles or other materials that exist or are derived from such applications or resources. This application is not subject to any direct or indirect liability for any damage or loss arising out of the use or reliance on any such application or resource,or any content,item or service that is obtained through such application or resource.

Article 6 Intellectual Property

1. This application and any related software,programs,and content used in this application,including but not limited to works,pictures,files,materials,application architecture,application layout,web design,presentation to members via this application or advertiser The advertisements or information are owned by the application or other rights holders in accordance with the law,including but not limited to copyright,trademark rights,patent rights or other exclusive rights,etc.,and are protected by relevant laws. 2. This application grants members non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use,so that members can use the target code of this application(hereinafter referred to as“software”)through a stand-alone computer,but members may not and must not allow any third party to copy,modify or create derivative works. Works,restoration works,reverse group translations,or other means of deciphering or attempting to decipher the source code,or selling,transferring or reauthorizing the Software,or otherwise transferring the Software. . 3. Members shall not use the application through interfaces not provided by this application.
