需要用到的一些网页是http的，但是今天用的时候打不开了，发现是自动从http跳转到了https。
网上方案
网上的方式主要是两种：

chrome://net-internals/#hsts中最下面输入 的Delete domain security policies中输入要访问的网址 避免使用hsts策略

输入
chrome://flags/，搜索自动重新加载恢复点[英文是Preloading Settings on Performance Page]并禁用
上述方法最后都失败了
最后有用的方案
输入 chrome://flags/#automatic-https，将HTTPS Upgrades 策略给关闭，这个策略的描述是Enable automatically upgrading all top-level navigations to HTTPS with fast fallback to HTTP. – Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, Android, Fuchsia, Lacros
感觉前面的策略可能要一起用才是有效的，如果单独用最后一个失败可以把前面的都试试
