D22 the old man (2)

I was hesitating if I go there or not.
"Excuse me. Comrade. Is this the way to..." An old asked me and I didn't noticed how he got close to me. He must walked quickly.

"I am sorry sir. I just arrived here. Maybe you should ask someone else. Or..."
"OK. Thanks."
Then he walked away and walked so fast that didn't look like at his age.

I was trying to tell him that I can find the way for him with my cellphone. But he may prefer the old way. To find someone who knows to ask. Without any hesitation. I don't know how far the village he asked is. But I did see there was something in him.
Resolute He didn't think as much as I did. He took an action.
Strong Not every man at his age can walk that fast. I promise you. And I am pretty sure that he know nothing about exercise. There's only one reason: he often worked, I mean the labor job.
Fearless It was at night and it's cold. He did know how far the village was and how long would it take. He didn't think about what if he can or cannot make it there before it's too late. He chose to go on.
