看的时候其实我在猜测是不是说关于慷慨的问题

后来我才知道作者所说的wallets 是你自己本身所自带的skills，Tina举了一个Debra在HR的经历给她一个机会成为human resources manager ，并且在HP的经验让她在新的职位上发挥了自己以前所拥有的技能，这大概是Tina所说的，拿出你自己所本身带有的资本，在新的职位上用新的角度去运用你的技能。

As demonstrated by Debra's story, one of the best way to move from one field to another is to figure out how your skills can be translated into different settings。

Tina 本身是斯坦福大学的neuroscience 专业的科学家，也是一个教师，但是她却转行去做international consulting manager ，面试以后，并且在Booz Allen Hamilton的投行领导推荐，她很自信自己可以转行成功，即便自己没有相关经验，但是她还是通过面试,得到了offer。

其实这本书给我的鼓舞挺大的，真的好怕做证券做投行，毕竟我是非本专业，计算题真的对我来说略痛苦。大概我只需要look beyond your desk，运用自己的知识和能力去做好吧。
