曼哈顿·邮戳里的埃利斯岛

    迈阿密依旧是热带的艳阳高照,而十月的曼哈顿只有秋风瑟瑟的十几度。清晨六点钟的街道上,人们从街边小车前接过甜甜圈和热咖啡,小贩们用流利的中文叫卖着刚出炉的热狗。

    美法联盟的赠礼

    驶向自由女神像的渡轮上感受着海风的凉意,她右手高举着火炬,左手捧着的《独立宣言》,向人们招手。当旅行的人们自导自演着供自己欣赏的故事时,这美法联盟的赠礼又见证了多少历史风云变换呢。游客们兴奋的录制着Vlog,那一刻很难想象,当所有陌生感褪去之后,留下的沉默和隐忍。

    移民历史博物馆

    埃利斯岛上空旷无人的大厅里,曾接待超过1200万移民。很多人来到这里寻找祖先移民的记录,一百多年过去了,无论是移民还是难民,这背后的心酸历程,仍然触及着人们的内心。古巴的马列尔港事件,墨西哥的边境墙,艾兰·库尔迪之死……人们背井离乡去追求的,无论是什么,都是珍贵又无可奈何的矛盾体。

    在移民博物馆里我拍过一张照片,那稚嫩的笑容和清透的眼神让人心生“嫉妒”,逝去的青春,我用什么把你唤回?

    米开朗基罗从大理石中发现了大卫,而人们在回忆中创造出新的灵感。2017年3月的稿子,被此刻的我删改的面目全非,我没想到3年的时光可以改变那么多心境。也许因为今日翻出了邮戳印章,那个同样是自由女神像模样的小家伙,让我想到了这篇稿子。时间总会把一些不重要的删去,打磨出一些值得参考的东西,一闪一闪的,点亮那灰暗的记忆。
