使用 js-audio-recorder 报 Chrome浏览器

• 其实这是因为浏览器不支持http://IP开头的路径，认为这个路径不安全
• 浏览器只支持 file: ,https: , http://localhost ，

解决方法：

1.Google Chrome 浏览器

2.地址栏输入：chrome://flags/#unsafely-treat-insecure-origin-as-secure

3. Insecure origins treated as secure 项 输入访问地址 http://xx.xx.xxx.xx:8080

4. 选择激活 : Enabled

5. 重启浏览器：Relaunch
