THE EPSIODE BEFORE

Today is the first day I try to know about daily scrum,and it is the last day of task 201.So let's start with the first impression of Daily Scrum,it sounds "zhanhui" in Chinese,so I used to think we should be standing up til the end of it.Someone told me I didn't focus on the work so I got such a wrong and amusing thought,when I turned this question out.However,after learning about it in a short time,I think I'm right in a way.As a result,I'll speak myself out.

ABOUT TIME MANAGEMENT

The Daily Scrum's time-length is about 10 to 15 minutes,it's a really small part of our day-time.But it's a irreplaceable part in our learning period,it helps us to know how much we did in our project and what should we do.And how could we use it perfectly?The only way is keeping your mind FOCUS on it.
The shorter time,the focus more.

ABOUT THREE QUESTIONS

1.What did I do today?
2.What will I do tomorrow?
3.What's the problem?
Three short questions,and three short answers,no more details,the key word is SHORT.Peole feel tired when they keep standing,it's a good translation when we call it "zhanhui".What we need to do is trying to voice ourselves clearly.
